An award-winning multi-discipline contractor is currently recruiting a Project Manager to oversee the structural alterations and refurbishments in units of shopping centres across London.

This is an organisation that has built several long-standing relationships and is known as an associated name across various industry sectors. They specialise in the structures, demolition, concrete, groundworks and fire protection sectors with plans to further expand their field of work.

As a Project Manager, your duties will be to:

• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on site evidencing this by overseeing risk assessments and method statements
• Lead a team of up to five Site Managers
• Build and maintain a long-standing relationship with the client in question

The ideal Project Manager will have a structured career history demonstrating key refurbishment skills for schemes valued over £3m. Knowledge of structural alteration and an industry relevant degree would also be advantageous.
