With an unrivalled reputation for excellence this leading developer is seeking a Project Manager to play a key role. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for design and construction programmes at all stages of a project, prepare and maintain the Project Execution Plan, ensure the project risk register is developed and updated at regular stages of a project, identify surveys, site investigations and consultant appointments required and assist the Development Manager with procurement and execution of appointments.

Other duties will also include monitoring the design programme and report on design deliverables, identifying any issues for escalation to the Director; coordination and monitoring of external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are being carried out in accordance with the approved design and quality, monitoring the progress of each contract and reporting on any issues which could impact on the contract programme and completion / handover dates, including implementing mitigation strategies;
