Project Manager (Maintenance, Housing, Internal) - London - E

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the Planned Works team working for a registered housing provider. This is a fantastic opportunity working outside of IR35, and is initially for 9 months with the likelihood of this being extended.  

As Project Manager you will:

Carry out pre and post inspections on planned maintenance programs

Inspect internal works

Project Manage a kitchen and bathroom programme within housing

Manage contractors, ensuring that the best quality is adhered to on all housing programs

Minimise tenant complaints

Essential criteria:

You must have social housing experience, preferably with over 5 years’ current experience within this area

To have worked as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor

A full, valid driving license and own transport is essential for this role

Experience of handling budgets of up to £2million and of working with the general public
