Due to recent success in tendering for a portfolio of demolition projects across London and the South East, one of the top names in the demolition sector is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to manage a complex scheme in North West London.

As the Project Manager, your duties will be to:

• Be a client-facing representative of the organisation on assigned projects
• Ensure that all paperwork is complete and up to date
• Oversee a thriving new team of experienced demolition professionals on site

The ideal Project Manager will have a 5+ year structured career history demonstrating the ability to oversee demolition schemes over the value of £1m. Previous experience of being client facing is also essential.
