Project Manager – Residential - Surrey

Are you interested in leading a high specification £17 million residential development?

Highly experienced Project Manager to control and deliver a highly prestigious £17m residential project which is the design and construction of 66 residential apartments, commercial space and associated landscaping.

The successful Project Manager will ensure people management of all disciplines and maintain a good relationship with key stake holders. Client relationships to be managed in a professional manner. Cost control of prelim budgets. Promote health, safety and environmental issues on all sites to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.

To oversee the production on site, via Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Trainee Site Managers and to deliver the project on time and accurately report current position on programmes.

- Proven track record of running a multiple team scheme of similar size.

- Computer literacy

- Good communication skills

- A proven track record of quality delivery on time and to budget is paramount.

Recent experience of working on mixed used schemes incorporating mainly residential and affordable housing ideally on projects £10m+ incorporating RC Frame, traditional construction.
