Project Manager – Residential - East Sussex

Due to these awards they are currently seeking a Project Manager who can deliver a £60 million residential development, consisting of private and affordable housing. If you are looking to move to an exciting new opportunity working with a company that excels in their field then this is an ideal opportunity for you. As Project Manager, a proven track record of working with key main contractors or developers will be essential along with a solid history of leading projects on time and within budget.

Essential criteria:

•          Minimum 8 years proven Project Management experience

•          Project Delivery of either residential or commercial projects £10 million plus
