Our client is one of the UK’s leading design and build contractors who have built a reputation of delivering a market leading service to a growing client base. Their portfolio of work is mainly focused around the delivery of commercial offices, residential, mixed use and leisure with schemes ranging in values up to £500m. They are about to embark on a prestigious £75m contract that will involve high end residential apartments.

There is a need to recruit a Project Director to lead this £75 million residential development and take it from start through to completion. As Project Director you will be responsible for the management of all site activities providing leadership, direction and guidance and ensuring the smooth running of the project.

The ideal Project Director will have:

• A minimum of 8 years proven Senior Management experience
• Experience of residential developments £30 million plus
