Having built a global reputation of delivering some of the most iconic and complex engineering contracts, they are currently involved in some of the most prestigious projects being carried out in the UK.  One of those projects, which is a major rail and infrastructure scheme, requires a Project Commercial Director.

The role will see you become responsible for delivering all the commercial interests of the company within the JV, ensuring risk and commercial targets are maintained and delivered upon.

Key attributes for the role are:

• Currently a project lead on a £100m + infrastructure contract
• Commercially and contractually astute
• Needs to have a Quantity Surveying background
• Structured career history
• Be able to manage, motivate and support a commercial team of varying levels
• Have sat on project board teams
• Ideally Chartered
