Located in East Croydon with excellent transport links and within close range to a number of exciting construction projects, we are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team of ambitious expert recruiters. With equally ambitious company plans to grow now is the perfect time to come on board!

Our office is located in East Croydon, less than 5 minutes’ walk from both East Croydon and West Croydon train stations, bus stations and Tram links.

Previous recruitment experience is essential for this role, with construction, engineering or property sector knowledge being distinctly advantageous!

The role of Principal Recruitment Consultant will see you:

• Building, developing and maintaining long term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Client hosting and entertainment
• Setting and achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI targets
• Working as part of a team to maintain a positive company culture
• Create a network of suitable clients and candidates using our extensive and unique database as well as using social media
• Work alongside our Marketing Manager to create engaging campaigns
