This company is expanding their teams across all levels to support the delivery of a variety of projects and are currently looking for an experienced Principal Engineer to join their M&E division. They deliver projects in the UK and across the globe and this is an exciting opportunity to become part of their expansion process to help them grow as a leading supplier of engineering and environmental services.

The Role & Responsibilities:
They are seeking a Degree qualified Engineer keen to join a dynamic and flexible team to deliver on their water, tunnelling and rail projects. Due to the variation of the projects, the ideal Principal Engineer will need over 10 years' experience. The work is predominantly water-related including non-infrastructure and infrastructure related schemes. This includes wastewater treatment and associated pumping as well as water supply, treatment, and transfer systems. There is, however, a degree of building services work including HVAC, potable water systems, and fire suppression related projects that will also require input from time to time. The successful Principal Engineer will join the water and M&E team working for the Director of the Water and M&E Division within a developed small team environment involved in a wide-ranging role.
You will need to be flexible to commute to the East Grinstead office as well as other potential offices located around the M25 (i.e. Slough, Reading and London), access to your own vehicle will be vital. The Principal Engineer will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team as well as taking project and design management roles where applicable, therefore it is important that you have technical knowledge and experience within the utilities sector. Reporting to the Director, the successful Engineer will be responsible for working within the team to provide a complete mechanical/electrical/civil solution within tight timescales and to tight budgets.
