Part Time Accountant/Financial Controller

Daily Rate Negotiable

An established Recruitment Business  trading  for more than 30 years require a Part Time Accountant/Financial Controller for one day (09:00-5.30) per week or two short Days(10:00 -3.00).

Turnover Circa £8million and the business supplies both temporary and permanent professionals to organisations throughout London and the Home Counties.

The successful Accountant/ Financial Controller will be responsible for among other s

•  Monthly Management Accounts
• VAT returns for Quarter ends
• Reports requires for HM Customs & Revenue
• Year-end audit preparation
• Cash forecasting and monitoring
• Monthly pension reporting – Setting up new payees
• EIR reports
• Holiday cover for payroll
• Working alongside an experienced Accounts Manager and offer support if and when needed.

The ideal Accountant / Financial Controller will ideally have formal training and have experience working at a management level.  It would suit someone looking for part time work to suit their other commitments as the hours can be flexible including occasional remote working.
