A leading contractor is seeking a dedicated and skilled Package Manager to join their team on the HS2 project. This role offers a unique chance to make a substantial impact on a high-profile venture, focusing on utilities, drainage, cladding, and facade packages.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in managing complex construction packages, particularly in utilities, drainage, cladding, and facade works. A strong background in civil engineering or construction management is essential, coupled with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Exceptional leadership skills are a must, as you will be coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to drive the project forward.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned packages.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Providing technical guidance and support to the project team.

Candidates should possess:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing utilities, drainage, cladding, and facade packages.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
