Operations Manager - London - C

Would you like to head up the construction department of one of London’s most prestigious contractors?

Do you have experience of delivering refurbishment projects within the super prime property sector?

Would you like to play a lead role within this highly successful contractor?

As Operations Manager your role will involve heading up the construction department and fully manage the construction team delivering the highest quality London super prime property.

The successful individual must work efficiently, safely and professionally, within set budgets and agreed timescales, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times. Will be a highly motivated and driven individual, have demonstrated experience in this role and market, along with have high standards and be able to work in a team environment with seamless communication skills.

Worked within super prime market and worked within the construction industry for a minimum of 15 years. Ideally being promoted from a trade background through to Senior Manager level and hold the relevant construction & IT qualifications for this position. Will be responsible for, Construction Managers, Technical Managers, Site Managers, Site Sub-Contractors & site personnel (through Site Managers).

-Minimum 8 years proven Contracts / Operation Management experience
