As Operations Manager your role will involve heading up the construction department and fully manage the construction team delivering the highest quality projects within the London super prime property sector.
The successful individual must work efficiently, safely and professionally, within set budgets and agreed timescales, ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times. The ideal Operations Manager will be a highly motivated and driven individual, have demonstrated experience in this role and market, high standards and be able to work in a team environment and possess exceptional communication skills.
Worked within super prime market and with a minimum of 15 years construction sector experience. Ideally being promoted from a trade background through to Senior Manager level and hold the relevant construction & IT skills for this position. This role will see you taking responsibility for, Construction Managers, Technical Managers, Site Managers, Site Sub-Contractors & site personnel (through Site Managers).
