The Company:

After forming almost 50 years ago, this specialist civils contractor has developed a network of clients within the water sector in which they deliver infrastructure schemes across the South East. These can range between £500k-15m and are made up of framework agreements and assigned projects. They pride themselves on their ‘family-feel’ and commitment to delivering quality.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a leader for their new Developer Services division. They have identified the need to recruit an Operations Manager to work closely with the Managing Director in ensuring that all site and office operations are run successfully. The successful Operations Manager will lead a team of up to 3 Managers, with further teams under their supervision. This will be an integral member of the team in helping to make business decisions and attending client meetings.

The Ideal Individual:

• 10+ years’ experience working on civils/water projects
• Experience in leading a team of Managers
• Project experience on schemes valued over £5m
