Multi-Utility Design Engineer - Greater Glasgow

Exciting opportunity to join a leading utility company with an expert team that specialises in the design and construction of multi-utility networks.

Duties:

• Design of multi-utility (gas, water and electrical / high voltage (HV) network connections, mainly for projects in the residential sector
• Ensure all designs comply with GIRS, WIRS and NERS requirements
• Produce price tenders and tender documentation
• Work closely with the asset adoption owner, whether that is a Distribution Network Operator (DNO), Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO) or Independent Gas Transporter (IGT)
• Liaise with clients to make sure their requirements are satisfied
• Work with the internal construction team to bring about successful project completion

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Multi-Utility Design Engineer, HV Design Engineer or Gas Design Engineer
• Experience using software such as Windebut and AutoCAD
• Driving licence
