Are you an experienced MRICS Senior Quantity Surveyor?

Have you carried out Fund Monitoring, Project Management, CA and EA work?

Are you hands on in managing projects and liaising with the client?

This Chartered Surveying practice is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS to join the team as they have a member of the team who is retiring.  

You will very soon become a key member of the team, working on new build residential and commercial schemes up to  the value of £50m.

You will need proficiency at using BCIS Online, be able to use CAD Measure & CATO measuring and cost estimating software, Microsoft Project and have a thorough understanding and experience of using JCT DB, JCT IC forms of contract.
