Professional work you will be involved with will include:

-Party wall issues

-Dilapidations

-Building surveys

-Feasibility reports

-Contract administration, Project Management and the preparation of specifications

-Design and detailing using AutoCAD and REVIT

-Building Regulation, Planning applications

You will have proven experience as a MRICS Building Surveyor providing Professional Services, with particular attention to Party Wall and Dilapidations.
