MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor (HS2)

Salary: to £75k + package (travel, pension, benefits, bonus)

Based: Euston

If you have extensive Mechanical and Electrical Packages experience and want to join one of the World's LEADING construction companies - THIS is the opportunity for you!

A major global player has been awarded one of the most prestigious HS2 packages of work, the work will see them deliver market leading engineering solutions to ensure the project will be delivered on time and within budget.

In order to deliver this project, which is being done under a Joint Venture, they require an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them.

This opportunity as Mechanical and Electrical Senior Quantity Surveyor will see you play a pivotal role in ensuring financial forecasts and targets are met. Reporting into the Project Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing some of the most important packages of work along with mentoring the more junior members of the team.

The client is looking for a commercially astute individual with the following background:

• Major construction or infrastructure project experience

• Strong NEC background

• Large Mechanical and Electrical Package management and procurement experience

• Strong background in integrated reporting

• Degree qualified or Chartered

• Structured / stable career history

• Looking for a long term career move
