MEP Quantity Surveyor (Rail Station) - London - C

A prestigious rail project requires a dynamic MEP Quantity Surveyor!

A major global player within the infrastructure sector is currently delivering one of London’s most significant Station modernisation projects.  Upon completion, it will become one of the UK’s most advanced Rail Stations and transport link to the City of London.  The work will see them deliver market leading engineering solutions to ensure the project will be delivered on time and within budget.

The project requires a Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to oversee some key packages of work, reporting into the project Commercial Lead.  The role will require you to have the following experience:

• Medium to major infrastructure project experience (£10m+ MEP packages)
• Strong NEC background
• Package management and procurement experience
• Ideally degree qualified
• Structured career history, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Rail would be beneficial, however would consider other civils / construction sector backgrounds
• Looking for a long term career move
