I am currently looking for an MEP Project Manager to work for a global premier developer. The right MEP Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on a Major Residential Project.

The Role:

The right MEP project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of a major residential project with an M&E value of £80 Million. You will be expected to get involved in the design and procurement process while being out on site making sure everything is running to plan.

They are looking for:

• Previous experience in Major Projects.
• Worked for main contractors.
• The ability to ensure the project is running to spec.
• Previously worked on projects from inception to completion.
