Specialising within the major retail and residential sector across the UK this contractor have a very successful track record and are continuously being awarded new business.

Essential criteria:
Building Services Qualification
Proven mechanical on-site management experience
Ability to interpret and review drawings
Successful delivery of projects within residential sector.
Valid CSCS & SMSTS
Experience of leading projects £10m plus
