About the Company:

A hugely successful national Building Services company currently require a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to assist with the successful delivery of projects in London.

This organisation are known for excellent staff retention and have an impressive portfolio of completed projects. With over 30 years in the industry and a healthy pipeline of new business coming in this is a company that can offer stability to boost your career.

About the Role:

Responsible for the management and successful delivery of a £15m Hotel project. The role will involve managing & liaising effectively with clients, engineers and consultants from site to commercial level to ensure expectations are achieved. Once the project is successfully completed you will be given the opportunity to work with some of the biggest firms in the industry on projects which span across various sectors.

About You:

It is key that you have experience managing MEP packages up to £15m in value. You may be currently running major projects for a main contractor or already a Senior Mechanical Project Manager working for a specialist M&E contractor.

Proven success of delivering projects on time and within budget is a prerequisite. A Mechanical/ Building Services qualification would be desirable and stable career history is key to be considered for this role.
