Based in the heart of London, this highly successful design and build contractor have been established over 40 years and deliver refurbishment and fit out projects in the residential, commercial and healthcare sectors.

About the Role

As Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial fit out projects in London with a typical value of £2-3mil. The role requires the ability to understand M&E design, lead and manage the mechanical team, co-ordinate contractors and sub-contractors and promote a safe working environment complying with Company/Client policies.

About You

Proven experience of successfully delivering mechanical fit out projects is crucial, with at least 5 years’ industry experience. You may be a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer looking for career progression.

Looking for an ambitious hard working individual that is confident to lead a team and keen to progress. Ability to build good working relationships with clients is a perquisite, coupled with a relevant mechanical or building services qualification.
