A hugely successful national Building Services contractor currently require a Mechanical Engineer/ Assistant Project Manager to assist with one of the most prestigious high rise Residential projects in East London.

Having won a multitude of industry awards boasting an order book of various projects this is a highly reputable firm to be part of. The firm have recently celebrated 70 years in business and have seen significant growth in that time with plenty of optimism for continued success and turnover approaching £200m.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity if you are at the early stages of your building services career as you will be given the chance to assist with constructing one of London’s most impressive residential towers.

The project is in its pre-construction phase therefore initially you will be part of the procurement process, liaising with contractors and designers. Working alongside the Project Managers you will be given all the support and training necessary to assist with successful project completion. The project will last 3 years, upon completion there will be plenty of opportunities to progress even further with the company.

About You

A Mechanically bias or Building Services degree is desirable although a Mechanical HND/HNC or equivalent will be considered. Some hands on engineering experience within building services will be required.
