Are you an experienced Construction Materials Buyer looking for your next step?

A new vacancy has arisen within one of London’s most established residential developers for an experienced Buyer. This is a chance for a Buyer with relevant procurement experience to work on landmark London developments.

This large developer gives its employees a lot of opportunity to grow and progress in experience, responsibility, job title and salary. Although purchasing can be a very independent role, and you will be given sole responsibility over your work, you’ll enjoy working within an experienced and friendly Buying team.

Your place of work will be East London, you’ll report to the Head of Buying and will be given responsibility over the procurement of materials (& plant, etc) necessary to deliver large-scale, typically high rise, concrete frame developments.

Relevant experience is required and you will ideally have good contacts and extensive product knowledge.

Start date: December 2020

Job title: Buyer

Salary: Up to £52k + car allowance, bonus, healthcare, pension, discount card.

Location: London, E15
