Our client are a national Building Services contractor and currently require a highly experienced M&E Site Manager work on a £13million residential project in Manchester.
Specialising within the major retail and residential sector across the UK, this contractor have a very successful track record and are continuously being awarded new business.

If you are looking to move to an exciting company that excels in their field then this is an ideal opportunity for you. They have a need to recruit a Contract M&E Site Manager as soon as possible to be out on the field overseeing multiple contractors and delivering the project to set timescale.
Essential criteria:
Building Services Qualification
Proven mechanical on-site management experience
Ability to interpret and review drawings
Successful delivery of projects within residential sector
Valid CSCS & SMSTS
Experience of leading projects £10m plus
