A global fit out contractor has an opportunity for a proven M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The contractor employs over 2,800 people world wide and they operate over 24 countries covering many sectors including commercial, retail, science and health.

Previously, ambitious Quantity Surveyors have achieved the position of Managing Surveyor after 18 months with this organisation - so in under years from now this could be you!

This role will see you:

• Working on large  data centres across London
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Working within a small specialist team with 2 direct reports

Required:

• 5 years experience working on M&E projects
• Previous experience running high end projects
• The ability to travel to multiple sites

Desired:

• Degree, qualified or equivalent
