Salary up to £85k  + package: 25% bonus, 6% pension, £7k Car allowance

This highly successful contractor who has a turnover of more than £500m and have seen significant growth this year has an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Managing Surveyor for a £50 million industrial project in Buckinghamshire.

The successful Managing Surveyor will have an extensive amount of general contracting experience ideally with experience of working on steel frame industrial buildings and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

This company takes pride in putting their staff first and after having a successful year this year have paid back all pay cut reductions that were implemented in lockdown earlier this year.

The ideal Managing Surveyor will:

• A minimum of 6 years proven managing surveying experience
• Steel Frame Industrial Building experience
• Experience on working on major projects up to the value of £50 million
