Managing Quantity Surveyor (Water)

An exciting portfolio of work is underway on AMP7 and it requires a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team!
The works delivered will cover one of the largest portfolio of water infrastructure projects currently being delivered in the UK. Schemes will involve major, complex engineering solutions on both clean and waste water.
This Joint Venture seeks a commercially minded Managing Quantity Surveyor, capable of overseeing major sub-contract packages of work, along with mentoring and managing junior members of the team. The role will see you report into a Senior Commercial Manager.
Required criteria:
- Strong background in NEC
- Hands on Quantity Surveyor
- Able to work independently, along with mentor
- Strong ability with sub-contract package management
- Have worked for an established tier 1 / 2 infrastructure contractor
- Structured career history
- Ideally have experience in heavy infrastructure
