Growing civils contractor seeks a Managing Quantity:

An exciting opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join an established and growing civils contractor!

A highly regarded civils contractor is looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team to focus on their Scottish based projects.  The group delivers around £190m turnover, with the Scottish region about to deliver around £80m but with the view of growing that.  Their work involves civils, structures, and infrastructure electrical and focused mainly within the renewable and energy sectors.

The suitable candidate will report into the Head of Commercial and run a large portfolio of work, alongside managing a small commercial team.  The focus will be to develop the role where you will lead the region, reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager.

• Strong NEC experience
• Be able to run a portfolio of projects, with each being up to £20m in value

• Degree qualified
