We have an exciting opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to work with a Main Contractor with a 4 year order book of work in these times of economic uncertainty. Focusing on what’s important and minimising the form filing culture we have in the construction industry is sacrosanct to this contractor. They pride themselves on being able to keep sight of what is important.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will:

• Be involved with several projects across West London, and the West Home Counties.
• Have a high level of influence over systems and processes currently used 
• Deliver projects valued between £10m - £20m

So what’s required of the chosen Managing Quantity Surveyor?

• A minimum of 4 years in a Managing QS capacity for a main contractor
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisation skills
• Must be an excellent leader, great attitude towards leadership and management
