An exciting role has developed for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager for this UK and globally recognised infrastructure and construction contractor.  They have delivered some of the UK’s most iconic projects, and have a number of recently awarded schemes that will see their reputation grow in stature.

The division delivers in the region of £20m worth of fees.  They require a Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager who will oversee key pre-construction duties that will include design, indemnities, liabilities, cost management and general advisory services.

The role will report into a Sector Commercial Director, a Manager with an outstanding reputation in developing and enhancing careers.  The role will see you work closely with him to develop and grow the division.  In time the role can offer secondment opportunities elsewhere within the company, if that’s something that would interest you.
