Major Works Project Manager - London - C

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Major Works Project Manager to work for an innovative housing provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and progressive company. The role is initially for 6 months, but for the right candidate this will be extended.  

As Major Works Project Manager you will:

Project manage and deliver a major works programme of works including window replacement programs re-roofing and balcony refurbishments

Manage budgets, contractors and JCT framework agreements

Inspect works ensuring the highest possible standard of works are delivered   

Ensure that health and safety is adhered to, and that all works are compliant with Health and Safety

Essential criteria:

You will have 5 years’ experience working within a public sector organisation

To have worked as a Project Manager or Building Surveyor

Experience of handling contractors, budget and leaseholder experience

Experience with JCT framework contracts
