This Housing Association is looking for Maintenance Team Manager who will lead a team of staff on reactive and void properties in the south and south west London, to deliver repair and maintenance to the residents. As Team Manager you will work closely with internal and external stakeholder’s to deliver excellent customer service.

Successful Team Manager will have:

• Minimum 3 years proven senior experience
• Strong experience in leading and managing a team
• Knowledge of health and safety within the housing sector
• Driving licence

On offer to the chosen Team Manager is a salary of up to £56,000 salary with a fuel allowance, a bonus and private health care.
