The Company:

This award winning Housing Association are passionate about providing affordable and quality homes within London. They have manage 20,000 homes and are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team to assist them in continuing to deliver a high level of service to their existing and future residents.

What will your role involve?

Your role as Maintenance Surveyor will see you performing day to day surveying tasks including:

• Managing and controlling budgets
• Identifying repairs and required works
• Managing contractors
• Developing and delivering a comprehensive inspection and surveying programme
• Ensuring costs are within budget for both day to day repairs and capital works
• Writing technical reports

The successful Maintenance Surveyor will have:

• Extensive knowledge of housing maintenance
• Experience in repair & maintenance of housing, especially Planned Works / Cyclical Programmes 
• Good interpersonal skills along with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
• Valid driving licence

What is on offer for the chosen Maintenance Surveyor?

On offer is a rate of up to £30 per hour on a long term contract with a travel allowance.
