Do you have reactive repairs and maintenance experience? 

Then this could be for you!

This Housing Association was established in the 1960’s and they own and manage over 6000 homes. They are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to be responsible for reactive repairs and maintenance on designated estates. 

Your duties as Maintenance Surveyor will include: 

• Inspecting repairs pre and post issue of order
• Estimating costs
• Ordering repairs
• Assessing priorities and value for money
• Supervising repairs and authorising payments
• Complying with standing orders
• Responding to correspondence and telephone calls from residents and leaseholders

On offer is a 3 month contract which they may look to extend and a pay rate of up to £22 an hour.
