The Company:

This award winning Housing Association are passionate about providing affordable and quality homes across England. They are now looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team in West London to assist in continuing to deliver a high level of service to existing and future residents.

What will your role involve?

Your role as Maintenance Surveyor will see you performing day to day building surveying tasks including:

• Managing insurance claims related to properties
• Limiting risk to the organisation through working knowledge of risk management techniques
• Specifying, authorising and managing works to completion
• Carrying out pre and post inspections.
• Cost projections

The successful Maintenance Surveyor will have:

• Extensive knowledge of housing maintenance
• Experience in repair & re-let repair specifications, diagnosing defects and remedial works
• Good interpersonal skills along with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
• Knowledge in health and safety
• Valid driving licence

What is on offer?

On offer is up to £280 per day Limited company plus a car allowance.
