The Company:

This award winning Housing Association are passionate about providing affordable and quality homes across England. They are now looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their team in North London to assist them in continuing to deliver a high level of service to their existing and future residents.

What will your role involve?

Your role as Maintenance Surveyor will see you performing day to day building surveying tasks including:

• Managing insurance claims related to properties
• Limiting risk to the organisation through working knowledge of risk management techniques
• Specifying, authorising and managing works to completion
• Carrying out pre and post inspections.
• Cost projections

The successful Maintenance Surveyor will have:

• Extensive knowledge of housing maintenance
• Experience in repair & re-let repair specifications, diagnosing defects and remedial works
• Good interpersonal skills along with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
• Knowledge in health and safety
• Valid driving licence

What is on offer?
