Maintenance Manager - Surrey

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a forward progressive social housing provider located in Surrey, this organisation manage over 5,000 homes and have an excellent reputation with both their tenants and employees. They provide an excellent working environment allowing all their employees to reach their potential while supporting their career with ongoing training and development.

The role would include:

• Managing a team of 6 staff

Duties comprises:

• Planned cyclical works and external repairs
• Reactive day to day repairs  
• Managing void properties to ensure that the void turnaround time is minimised 
• Managing of compliance to ensure that accurate records are maintained and updating the asbestos register 

For this role it is essential that you have experience of the following:

• Educated to a minimum of degree level
• Valid Driving licenses
• Social housing maintenance experience
• Experience managing a small team
