Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Systems - Kent

• Do you have experience in the maintenance of low voltage (LV) electrical services?

Working for a major player in the solar power industry, the purpose of this role is to maintain the electrical infrastructure within solar plants to ensure they operate at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance of electrical equipment, including CCTV and other security systems, monitoring systems, inverters and modules
• Ensure adherence to health & safety at all times and perform risk assessments
• Audit maintenance work carried out by junior technicians
• Compile reports of work undertaken
• Manage the relationship with subcontractors

Requirements:

• Experience in an electrical maintenance role
• Knowledge of putting together Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Driving licence
• Knowledge of high voltage (HV) systems would be beneficial
