Lead Quantity Surveyor - Rail and Civils - Southern Ireland

Experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor urgently required to join a growing and successful rail contractor!

This leading medium sized contractor is currently delivering in the region of €20m of work out of their Ireland office, with exciting growth and development potential for the next 3 years.  In order to sustain current workload along with developing the business in years to come, they require an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to join the team to work alongside the Managing Director.  Project workload is made up of single schemes as well as a couple of long term frameworks.  Works will comprise of civil / structural, M&E and signalling.

The suitable Surveyor will have the following experience:

• Have strength in both pre and post commercial delivery
• Have worked within the rail sector
• Ability to oversee a small commercial team
• Structured career history
• Good client interfacing skills
• Detailed and analytical
• Adaptable to deal with a number of commercial issues / challenges at any one time
