Lead Quantity Surveyor (Heavy infrastructure / Ground Engineering) - Surrey

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor do you have strong NEC project experience?

A market leader, known to deliver some of the most complex engineering projects in the UK, has a role for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The position will see you work closely with the project management and engineering teams, both on Post and Pre-Construction commercial duties.  Your daily tasks will range from managing a portfolio of key contracts as well as reviewing contracts, seeking out and evaluating contract risks along with identifying commercial gains on up and coming projects / tenders.  The position is a key role to support the Lead Commercial Manager within the company.

The position is with a contractor with an excellent reputation in not only how they deliver their work, but also the friendly and supportive working environment that they have created within the company.

The position will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor that enjoys the contractual review side as well as the daily running of projects.  You will need to ideally be degree qualified with a structured career history and a good understanding of the NEC contract.
