Lead Commercial Manager (Civils / Infrastructure)

Salary:  to £95k + package

Based: Hampshire / Surrey (Near Aldershot)

About the Role:         

• Reporting to the divisional Commercial Director, you will take full commercial control of the project
• Programme of work will be around 3 years.  Project is about to commence
• Overseeing a team of QS
• Role requires the Commercial Lead to have a strong eye for details, along with the ability to spot opportunities arising over the course of the project

Skills / background required:

• Structured career history with an established UK infrastructure company
• £50m + project experience
• Strong NEC experience
• Ability to manage and motivate a commercial team
