This contractor/developer has an exciting portfolio of projects and a loyal client base which provides repeat business due to their excellent reputation for delivering high quality work on time and to budget. The nature and location of their project requires an innovative approach to delivery which occurs at pre construction phase, so the Estimators are imbedded in the project team contributing to the overall delivery plan.

As this company expands there is now an opportunity for a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join the successful team and assist in estimating a diverse range of projects. The ideal person will have up to two years’ experience in a similar role or have sound mechanical building services delivery experience and want to embark on a career in estimating.

Essential criteria:

Engineering/Building Services degree or equivalent

Excellent organisation skills

Commercially astute
