The Company:

Established over 50 years ago, this contractor has built up a reputation for delivering large and complex demolition, basement and infrastructure solutions to the private and public sectors. They have the ability to operate as both a principal and subcontractor and can take on projects up to £50m in value. They take pride in the fact that they ensure safety for all involved in their projects, deliver a specialist service on time & to budget and have in-house resources to deliver their assigned schemes. Over the years they have managed to build a steady turnover of over £450m.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a Junior Estimator to be a key member of their pre-construction team. As they are in the process of reaching their expansion targets, their pre-construction team is a key area that they are looking to improve. The successful Junior Estimator will be responsible for pricing schemes in Central London incorporating complex demolition and basements valued between £500k-10m. Over time, as abilities grow, the values of projects to price will too. Their largest project currently sits at £26m.

The Ideal Individual:

• 2-5 years Estimating experience
• An ambitious and motivated attitude
• A background either working for a main contractor or large subcontractor
