Formed half a century ago, this specialist civils contractor has seen a consistent increase in turnover over its tenure and they continue to be a market influencer creating a modern work environment. They have an extensive history in their market and maintain a high level of expertise and quality. Each division is run separately with individual leaders with a common goal. Their current turnover exceeds £75m and employ over 250 staff.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a Junior Estimator for their London division and price a variety of groundworks and RC frame schemes up to £5m in value. This is a growing division in which they are in the process of moving into brand new offices specific to the London team. The successful Junior Estimator will be working closely with two experienced Estimators as well as the Chief Estimator who will be guiding and mentoring your development, providing you with excellent learning opportunities.

The Ideal Junior Estimator:

• 1+ years’ experience working for a specialist civils contractor
• Ability to travel into Central London
• A desire to become a first-class Estimator
