About the Company

A London based fit-out specialist requires an Intermediate level Technical Services Manager to successfully manage allocated projects.

Having recently been awarded best main contractor to work for this is an excellent company to be part of.

About the role

Working closely with the lead Engineering Manager the role will require you to successfully run 2 projects in Roehampton and Amersham. One project will be a high end residential and retail mixed use scheme the other will be a school.

You will be given full responsibility to drive the projects to successful completion and the first point of contact for any mechanical related issues.

About You

The successful candidate will already have at least 2 years’ experience as a mechanically bias Site Supervisor/Manager or Project Manager educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline.
