The opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading refurbishment and fit out contractor based in Surrey. Whilst reporting to the Senior Surveyor, initially the role will see you working on a £18m listed building refurbishment project due to start in the New Year.

For over six decades, this organisation has delivered projects up to £30m in value under most forms of contract within the commercial office, healthcare, education and leisure sectors. The majority of their projects are carried out in London and the South East area, although occasionally they have undertaken projects nationally for existing clients.

With excellent possibilities for career progression, this opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• 2-3 years’ post-graduation experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• London refurb experience
• A good knowledge of the construction industry
