The opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected main contractor to work on a number of projects ranging in value from £300k to £38m. Whilst reporting to the experienced Commercial Manager, the role will see you working on various projects across multiple sectors including education, housing, leisure, healthcare, heritage, commercial and industrial. This opportunity will enable you to join a fun, friendly organisation offering excellent career progression.

Required:

• 4-5 years’ general contracting experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent
